We thank all those interested in the LASA/Asia 2022 Congress and those who sent an individual or session proposal to be considered in this academic event.
Due to an unexpected number of submissions, the evaluators require additional time to thoroughly review all submissions. Hence, the acceptance and notification letters have been delayed until next week.
The Latin American Studies Association (LASA) is the largest professional association in the world for individuals and institutions engaged in the study of Latin America. With over 13,000 members, over 60% of whom reside outside the United States, LASA is the one association that brings together experts on Latin America from all disciplines and diverse occupational endeavors, across the globe.
East Asian Network of Latin American Studies (EANLAS) is an academic network for discussion and debate of Latin American affairs and comparative analysis of Asian and Latin American societies. EANLAS, as an academic network, bridges Latin Americanists in China, Japan and Korea.
